Sculpt Express Facial Workout
Just like exercising our bodies, our facial muscles also benefit from regular workouts to help keep them sculpted and toned. The Sculpt Express Facial is designed to be a speedy strength and conditioning workout for the face (but a lot less effort than going to the gym). It starts with a warm-up cleanse then a facial massage to stimulate the circulation and lymphatic system and lift the facial muscles. This is followed by targeted electrical muscle stimulation to firm and tone the face and leave you looking refreshed and revitalised.

How many workouts should I have? Just like a gym workout, the more you go the better and more long-lasting the results. I recommend at least once a week for 6 weeks followed by a maintenance workout every 2 to 4 weeks and whenever you need a pre-special occasion lift.

Sculpt Enhanced Facial Workout
The same facial massage and electrical muscle stimulation sculpting as the Sculpt Express Workout above but with the added benefits of a relaxing facial treatment targeted to treat any skin concerns, leaving you looking lifted and glowing.

Natural Lift Facial Massage
The Natural Lift facial isn't really a facial as such. It starts with a cleanse and then the entire rest of the treatment is focused on massage, using a blend of traditional and modern massage techniques specifically designed to tone and condition the face with an emphasis on lymphatic drainage to leave you looking and feeling completely relaxed and revitalised.

Contour Ritual
This wonderfully soothing and relaxing facial will melt all your cares away. Targeted facial treatments to address any skin concerns are followed by a calming chest, neck and facial massage to soothe away tension, then Gua sha techniques are used to encourage lymphatic drainage from the face, reducing puffiness and improving circulation to the skin. Finally, ice globe therapy tightens and cools the face and neck, leaving you looking and feeling relaxed and refreshed.
